Primary Admin Registration: A designated representative (e.g., from the communications or research office) signs up here as the primary administrator.
Institutional Verification: Our team reviews the application to verify the institutional authority. This process usually takes 1 business day.
Dashboard Access: Once verified, the primary admin gains full access to the comprehensive university dashboard.
Second User Onboarding: Once the university entity exists in our system, the users can create different departments and research labs and add people in them. Conversely, the user can sign up as a university staff from here and seek the permission to be added to their department or research lab or as a university staff.

Note: Labs always send content to their parent department or the university. If the department lacks publishing permissions, the content is needs to be submitted by the department to university staff.
University-wide scope. Can oversee all departments, labs, and institutional settings.
Scope limited to their own department. Can manage labs and faculty within that department.
Restricted to their assigned research lab. Cannot view or manage other entities.
Creator
Can create and edit news drafts. Cannot review others' drafts or publish.
Reviewer
Can create, edit, and review drafts submitted by creators.
Editor
Full control: Review and publish (If authorized), otherwise submit to Universities.
Admin Permission: Users granted Admin status can add or remove members and modify roles/permissions for anyone within their designated scope.
